Spicy-Tangy Mango Salad

Here’s the simplest and quickest of them all. Yes, it’s the spicy Mango salad. This is a wonderful side dish, with an interesting mix of sweet, spicy, & sour.


  • 4 medium mangos sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Add some freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste

Whisk them together, then cover and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to blend the flavors before serving.
